Choco porridge

Good morning! I had already mentioned, in May’s favorites, one of the breakfasts I prefer at all: porridge. A few years ago I discovered this recipe and I have always tried to improve it, in order to get the perfect porridge for my personal taste.

For a portion you will need:
40 gr of oats
80 gr of water ca
95 gr of soy milk (you can use the milk you prefer)
10 gr dark chocolate
1 tablespoon of sugar cane

As toppings I use:
1 banana
2 tablespoons of a mix of goji berries, chia seeds and almonds
Some shreds of dark chocolate



The procedure is simple: in a non-stick pan, pour all the ingredients (oats, milk, water, chocolate, sugar) and cook with a lively flame, mixing it with a wooden spoon. I like it very dry and dense, but you can cook it according to your tastes.

Once cooked, transfer it to a bowl and garnish it with what you like!
